If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange – we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns only apply to U.S.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed free return policy for all jewelry in its original condition with proof of purchase*.

- Fill out the Order Number and e-mail address.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s).
- Select your refund preference.
- Print out the USPS label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days. You can also present the QR code in your confirmation email at drop-off if unable to access a printer.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid USPS return labels so we can track your order. Separate orders should be returned separately with the coordinating return label. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
Once your return has been processed a refund will be posted to your original method of payment, you will receive an email notification when this happens. Please allow up to one week for your refund to appear in your credit card transaction or PayPal account.
Exchange Policy

- Once the prepaid USPS return shipping label is scanned in by the carrier, the exchange will process, and the new order will ship out within 3-5 business days after that. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed until the items are sent back. If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.
*If the item is listed as final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
**We don’t offer international shipping at this time. If you choose to use an international forwarding service, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange.
